We look forward to addressing your health concerns and wish to make your first appointment pleasant. Please spend time investigating this website. The website has been designed not only as a portal for The Pasha Snoring and Sinus Center but also as information for your understanding of your condition. Within this website are educational videos and many different procedures that Dr. Pasha routinely performs. We are advocates for patient education and we believe that the more you understand your diagnosis and therapy the more successful your outcome will be.

We accept most private insurance plans, Tricare, and Medicare. Some HMOs and IPAs are accepted, however, we may need to obtain a referral from your primary medical doctor. Please see below for Accepted Insurance Plans.

Please try to obtain as much health information you may have including the following:
All prior sleep studies (including CPAP titrations)
Recent sinus CT Scans (if completed within the last one year)
A list of your current medications and allergies
Old medical records

Next, fill out the Online General Information Form & Personal Health and History Form, then download, print and sign the Consent Form

If you are taking an antihistamine such as Clartin™, Benadryl™, Xyzal™, Zyretc™, Astelin™, Astepro™, Clarinex™, Allergra or over-the-counter cold remedies that contain an antihistamine; please stop the medications three days prior to your appointment.

On the day of your appointment be prepared to spend 1-2 hours for your appointment to allow for various testing and educational materials to be presented to you. Dr. Pasha does not like to have you wait, however, in the field of medicine it often is difficult to judge the timing of patient visits. You may consider calling ahead to confirm your appointment time.
